1. What Goatly is

Goatly is a football fan mini-game platform. It offers predictions, trivia, head-to-head card duels, daily missions and private leagues so fans can compete for fun and bragging rights.

2. Not betting, not gambling

Goatly is not a betting or gambling service. Goatly does not accept wagers, does not offer odds, and does not pay out cash prizes of any kind. Nothing on Goatly can be exchanged for real money or any other monetary value.

3. Goatly Coins

Goatly Coins are virtual fan points used only inside Goatly to unlock cosmetic features such as profile frames, badges, card styles and league themes. Goatly Coins have no real-money value, cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn for cash, and are not a currency, security or financial product.

4. Fan Pass

Fan Pass is a recurring digital subscription that unlocks premium cosmetic features and a monthly allotment of Goatly Coins. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through our payment processor, Polar.

5. Acceptable use

By using Goatly, you agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit or manipulate the platform, including bracket results, points, predictions or coin balances
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or leagues
• Attempt to circumvent purchase, security or anti-abuse mechanisms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes to Goatly

Goatly is under active development. Features, games, pricing, coin shop items and leaderboard rules may change, be added, or be removed over time.

7. No warranty

Goatly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
