Refund Policy

1. Goatly Coins

Goatly Coins purchases are digital and generally final once the coins have been delivered to your account. Because coins are credited instantly and can be spent immediately, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the coins.

2. Fan Pass subscription

Fan Pass is a recurring subscription. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancelling does not refund the current billing period.

3. When we will refund

The exception is technical failure on our side. We will review and may issue a refund if:

  • You were charged but Goatly Coins were not delivered to your account, or
  • You were charged but Fan Pass benefits did not activate, due to a technical error

Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error are also eligible for review.

4. How payments are processed

All payments are processed by Polar, our payment processor. Approved refunds are issued back through Polar to your original payment method.

5. Contact support

If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us through the Feedback page with your account email and purchase details, and we'll look into it.
